Q: Why is there a no refund / no exchange policy?
A: This policy was put in place to protect our customers from cross-contamination with other animals. We only provide refunds in case of quality issues. We also provide a sizing chart for our customers to have accurate sizing of the products they purchase.
Q: How long will it take my order to ship?
A: We take great pride in our pieces, orders will be mailed within 1-3 business days of purchase. You can expect your order to arrive between 3-5 business days of purchase.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: All packages can be tracked. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has dispatched.
